Is an item in stock?

Can products be repaired?
It depends on the product and its vulnerability to get possible spares and repair. We have a dedicated team for any product repairs or to request spares from. We try our best to get the product repaired or get spares or replaced as per our company policy.

What about Returns?
We are happy to take a return of goods for any reason and provide a full refund provided that:

  • You let us know that you wish to return the goods within 7 days of delivery
  • The goods are in their original form including all packaging, are unused and all seals are unbroken

To arrange for the return of an item please call us. Notification of stock items ordered in error must be made within 7 working days of receipt. Please note all goods must be returned with the original packaging in which it is supplied, without this we may not accept a returned item and you will still be charged.

What is Price Match Promise?
In the event that you find a cheaper price for an item that is the same as one of our products in any other current mail order catalogue for business to business purposes, we will match the price to the below terms.

Price Match Promise only applies to:

  • Orders where you notify us of the cheaper competitor at the time of placing your orders with us.
  • Competitor prices which are current and made generally available to all business customers.
  • Items sold within the UAE by UAE based companies.
  • Items which are not subject to any special promotional or discounted offers without limitation using coupons, vouchers, members discounts or trade discounts.
  • Items which are in stock and available on the same terms, where the invoice is paid in full including any warranty.
  • The item itself and not to delivery or any other services.
  • Proof of price must be provided including current published price list, catalogue page or such other proof as we reasonably require. We reserve the right to verify any prices with the vendor.
  • Our Price match promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer. Items sold as part of a multi-deal are matched to their individual price.

How do I register /open a new account?
Public Bodies (including schools, hospitals, prisons, etc), Private Nurseries and Trade Customers may apply for an account subject to status. For first time orders please register, it’s easy and will only take a couple of minutes. First time orders can take up to 3 days longer to process whilst we set up your new account. Private Nurseries and Trade Customers may apply for an account subject to status.

What is your recycling policy?
The United Arab Emirates is under an obligation to minimise the disposal of Electrical and Electronic Waste Equipment (WEEE) in domestic waste, and to encourage recycling, recovery and environmental sound disposal methods.

Premium Australasia is committed to promoting the re use, recycling and recovery of WEEE product by contributing to the VALPAK compliance scheme. WEEE Products or Packaging will be marked with a crossed out wheelie bin symbol (see below) to indicate that the product should not be disposed of in general domestic waste but disposed of through an approved WEEE scheme.
